煤矸石分选技术研究与应用

Research and application of coal gangue separation technology

摘要: 为解决煤矸石堆放产生的环境污染问题,以大同塔山矿的煤矸石为研究对象,在对其特征分析的基础上,研究从煤矸石中分选出高岭岩的可行性技术。研究结果表明:采用动筛跳汰分选工艺对该矿煤矸石进行分选,高岭岩产率可达到26.67%,灰分为72.02%,分选效果良好。该分选系统的成功应用,对改善矿区环境有着重要意义,同时实现了变废为宝的目的,为企业创造了可观的经济效益。

Abstract: To solve the problem of environment pollution caused by coal gangue stacking,coal gangue from Datong Tashan Coal Mine was chosen as the research object. Based on the analysis characteristic,a feasible technology to separate coal gangue from kaolin rock was studied. The results show that,with the movable-bed jig separation process,kaolin rock yield reaches 26.67%,ash 72.02%,separation effect is favorable. Successful application of the separation system has important significance to improve the environment of mining area,meanwhile creates considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
